Eileen Wright

The decision to see a therapist is such a personal one. Whatever your reason may be, I am here to help. I look forward to speaking with you, answering any questions and/or concerns you may have, and embarking on this personal journey with you.

 My specialties include:

  • Individuals, focusing on Children and Adolescents; behaviors may include academic underachievement, coping skills, and peer relationships
  • Relationship and Marital Issues
  • Family Conflict
  • Parenting Skills
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Spiritual Growth

In my practice I use several treatment modalities in order to help my clients improve their lives. I believe that people are shaped by their past and that understanding one's past is key to becoming happy and peaceful. Learning how to become present in the here and now is one way for people to find that peace and happiness.

I will help you explore your thought patterns to better understand your feelings and behaviors. This process helps us to uncover and remedy unhealthy and unhelpful ways of living.  I can then help you express your identified feelings in a way that is both real to you and will get your needs and wants met.
