Financial Agreement and Fee Policy:
Financial arrangements are made during our first meeting. My fee is $100.00 per 50-minute session. Fees must be paid in full at the time services are rendered. I accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards.
Appointment and Cancellation Policies:
All appointments are made directly with me and are scheduled as agreed upon. I will send you a complimentary reminder of your appointment day/time, via the preferred method you choose for contacting you, at least 24-hours in advance of that appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, should you need to cancel, and can be done so by responding to my reminder message. Failure to cancel at least 24-hours in advance, will result in a charge of the full session’s fee of $100.00.
